Protecting Minors
Who is eligible to play?
- Toronto Casino accounts and every game we offer are restricted to players 19 and older.
- No one under 19 may play using an adult's account, even with that adult's permission.
- We do not aim our content or promotions at minors, and we do not advertise bonuses publicly.
- Play is permitted only in places where it is legal under your local laws. Canadian requirements covering age, identity checks and anti-money laundering apply.
Accounts used by minors
- We freeze the account immediately and close it afterwards.
- All bets and winnings are void.
- Subject to local law, we send deposits back to the first method you used.
- If an adult knowingly allows a minor onto their account, we will close the adult's account too.
- Legally required records stay on file, and all other data is erased.

How do I keep children safe on devices we share?
Many households share devices such as phones, laptops and tablets. The steps below make it harder for anyone underage to reach our site:
- Sign out after every session and never let the browser save your password.
- Lock your device with a PIN, pattern, fingerprint or face recognition.
- Keep your account details and payment cards out of reach.
- Do not leave a game open when you step away.
- Set up separate user profiles for children on shared computers.
- Talk to young people in your home about the risks of gambling, and explain that casino games are not something they can win at reliably.
How do we check age?
- When you register, the details you provide, such as your birth date, legal name and home address, are verified against trusted databases.
- Where the result is not clear, we ask for photo ID such as a provincial photo card, a driver's licence or a passport.
- We take deposits only after identity, age and location checks are complete.
- We repeat checks when activity or details on an account suggest the user may have changed.
Which parental controls and filters can help?
- Device settings: family and screen time features on computers, tablets and phones can block access to gambling websites and control which apps are installed.
- Browser controls: safe search and content filters can block gambling content.
- Home network: many routers and internet providers offer filtering that covers every device on your connection.
- Filtering software: dedicated parental control programs can block gambling categories and send activity reports.
- App stores: purchase approval and age settings stop children downloading gambling apps.
Check these settings from time to time, as software updates can reset them.
